3. Orders and scope
Your order covers the work described in the package you choose. Work outside that scope, such as extra pages or new features, may require a different package or a separate quote that we agree with you in writing.
4. What we need from you
You agree to provide accurate information, content and access in a timely way. Delivery times begin once we have everything we need, and delays on your side can extend the schedule.
5. Revisions
Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds. A revision means changes to delivered work based on the original brief. Requests that change the brief may be treated as new work.
6. Payment
Payment is made at secure checkout in US dollars before work begins. Monthly plans renew only when you choose to renew them.
7. Ownership
After full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you. Third-party themes, plugins and software remain under their own licenses, and you are responsible for keeping any paid licenses valid.
8. Access and backups
We take reasonable care when working on your site and aim to back up before changes. You remain responsible for keeping your own regular backups.
9. Limits of liability
We work with care, but we cannot guarantee that a site will be free from errors, attacks or downtime, or promise specific search rankings or sales. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
