Integrations and APIs

Make WordPress talk to the systems you already use

Orders into your accounting tool, leads into your CRM, stock from your warehouse. We build integrations that fail loudly, retry safely and stay documented.

  • Built on the official APIs
  • Errors logged and retried
  • Documented for the next developer

Sound familiar?

Why manual data entry never ends

If people copy data between screens, an integration is probably cheaper than the hours.

  • Copy and paste between systems

Orders typed into accounting, leads re-entered in the CRM. Every manual step is a place for mistakes.

  • A connector that silently fails

Off-the-shelf connectors drop records without telling anyone. You discover it weeks later.

  • A service with no plugin

Your industry software has an API but nobody has built a WordPress connection for it.

  • Data that must stay in sync

Stock, prices and customer details change in one place and need to follow everywhere else.

What you gain

Systems that agree with each other

A good integration removes work and makes problems visible.

  • Reliable connections

Authentication, rate limits and timeouts handled properly.

  • Logging you can read

A clear record of what was sent, what came back and what failed.

  • Safe retries

Temporary failures are retried without creating duplicates.

  • Credentials kept safe

API keys stored securely, never in public code.

  • Sandbox testing

Tested against test accounts before touching live data.

  • Documentation

A written explanation of the data flow for whoever works on it next.

Why a quote

The work depends on the API, not just the idea

Good, well-documented APIs are quick. Poor documentation, odd authentication or unusual data shapes take longer. We read the documentation first.nnYou get a written spec, a fixed quote and a clear picture of what will sync, in which direction and how often.

  • One-way or two-way data sync
  • Webhooks, scheduled jobs or live calls
  • Admin screen for status and errors
  • No work starts until you approve the spec

How it works

How an integration is delivered

Documentation and spec before code.

  1. Send your request

Tell us which systems to connect and why. We review it and reply with questions and a quote.

  2. Read the API and write a spec

We study the documentation and list exactly what moves, when and where.

  3. Build against test accounts

The integration is built and run against sandbox data.

  4. Test edge cases

Failures, duplicates and missing fields are tried on purpose.

  5. Go live and document

We switch to live accounts, watch the first records and hand over the documentation.

Questions

Integration questions

What to know before connecting systems.

Do you need access to my other system?

We need API credentials, ideally for a test account, and someone who can answer questions about it.

Could Zapier or an existing plugin do it?

Sometimes, and we will say so. We build custom only when a ready tool will not do the job reliably.

What happens if the other service changes its API?

That can break integrations. We log errors so you notice quickly, and can update it under a maintenance arrangement.

Is my customer data safe?

We store credentials securely and send only the data the spec lists.

How long will it take?

It depends on the API and scope. We give a timeline in your quote.

Can you build the integration as a standalone plugin?

Yes. That is our usual approach, so it stays independent of your theme.
